A: We are looking for the franchisees that have cultural identity with Jomoo philosophy and will be active participants in Jomoo brand promotion, Strong candidates should be able to meet our financial requirements, have a track record of success. The best part: no previous industry operating experience required! Although previous industries experience is helpful, it is not necessary to become part of the Jomoo Family. We seek motivated entrepreneurs to help us grow throughout your area.
2. What is the initial investment required for a Jomoo franchised distributor? A: The initial investment of a franchised distributor ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 depending on the size and type of location, which pays for renovation expenses and certain start-up expenses. Part of this investment is the initial sample order, which must be no less than $30,000. We also suggest that you have in reserve $150,000-$300,000 for operating expenses until your business is up and running.
3. What are the steps I must complete to own a franchise? A: There are five main steps to owning a franchise: 1. Complete Your Application 2. Sign Your Franchise Agreement 3. Secure Your Location 4. Build & Outfit Your flagship shop (store) 5. Open Your Store
4. I've never built a flagship shop before. How does all of this work? A: Your area developer or Jomoo marketing team will guide you through all phases of the site selection, lease negotiation, construction, training, grand opening and ongoing processes for marketing and operations, generally we ask our distributor to own a flagship shop with area more than 80 square meters under Jomoo standard renovation style & design.
5. I'm not a marketing expert. How do I build sales? A: Building sales takes effort on many different levels - from running your business with monitored sales cost, to strong operations, to local store marketing, to most importantly ensuring that you give every customer a reason to return. Jomoo Marketing Team will assist you by creating national marketing initiatives and advertising that are keys to building sales. Increasing sales takes diligent effort in all areas of your business.
6. How much money can I earn each year? A: It is a critical question for you to have answered. We invite you to speak with our current franchisees to learn about their sales and profit numbers.
7. What if there is already a Jomoo distributor in my area? A: Jomoo has mapped out a range of site opportunities globally. If a franchised distributor already exists in your area, there may be enough local demand to support more distributors. Ask your area developer or Jomoo international marketing department to discuss opportunities.
8. If I send in an application, does it commit me to anything? A: Absolutely not! And, better yet, there is no application fee. Submitting your application simply allows us to get to know you better. It gives us the chance to review your financial picture as well as your area(s) of interest. Your application is completely confidential. 10. Will I have an exclusive territory? A:You will not be granted an exclusive territory but you will receive a protected territory that will be determined by you and us together when you sign a franchise agreement. The protected territory will be defined by geographical borders, such as zip codes, area codes, distance etc.
11. What is the term of the franchise agreement? A:The term of the franchise agreement is 1 year from the date of franchise agreement signed. And renewal of next year distributor agreement depends on your sales performance of previous year.
